Television
Televisions are available for hire in all patient rooms. Please contact the Administration Office (extension 1806) to arrange this service. TV charges need to be paid for at the Administration Office when you leave the hospital.
Wireless Network Connection for computers
The Hospital provides Wi-Fi access for those interested in bringing their laptop to the hospital. Contact Information to arrange this service.
Public telephones
There are several coin-operated payphones located throughout the Hospital (entrance hall, A&E area and so on).
Telephones are available in all rooms. To make an outgoing call dial 0, wait for tone and then dial the required number. Dial 9 to contact the switchboard for information. Telephone charges need to be paid for at the Administration Office at the time of settling your bill.
Valuables
You are advised not to keep valuables in your room. The Administration Office accepts valuables for safekeeping. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility if your personal property get lost or stolen.
Smoking Free Zone
Smoking is prohibited in hospitals as provided for under Spanish Royal Decree 192-1988). Smoking damages your health. Clínica Virgen Blanca is a smoking free site. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on hospital grounds.
Vending Machines
There are vending facilities on the ground floor, opposite the Admission Department waiting room dispensing soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks.
IMQ Office
There is one IMQ office on the ground floor to deal with authorizations and referral notes, thus avoiding the need to leave the Hospital.

Religious Services
A Roman Catholic priest visits patients on a daily basis. Holy Communion is brought to the rooms for those patients requiring it. Roman Catholic Mass is celebrated on Sundays in the Chapel. Should you be of another denomination or faith and in need of spiritual care, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
