The time has come for your discharge from hospital. You will be advised in advance by your doctor so that you can make the appropriate arrangements and vacate your room before 12 noon.

Before you leave please ensure you have all your personal belongings with you.

You will be given a discharge letter containing a brief summary of your progress, the treatment received and some 'do's and don'ts' to be followed at home. Any copies of X-rays, tests, CT or MRI scans will be provided to you upon request.

Before you leave, please report to the Administration Office to check that all invoicing requirements are fulfilled, that your referral notes are in the possession of the administrative staff and that all payments regarding your stay are settled.

For your convenience and to make things easier for the Administration staff, we suggest you phone the Administration Office directly from your own room on extension 1805, 1808 or 1800 and ask for your invoices to be prepared.
