Arriving at Hospital

There is a wide Reception Hall located to the left of the main hospital entrance where you will find the Switchboard/Information Desk. Here you will be provided with all the help and advice you may need regarding our healthcare services and consulting rooms.

If you are having surgery, please report to the Admission Department. You will be required to provide the appropriate details and any relevant documentation.

Admission Department

It is located just to the right of the entrance to the Main Hall and opposite the Switchboard/Information Desk.

In order for us to identify you properly, please provide us with the following details and documents:

•   National Identity Card.
•   Name and surname, address, telephone number
•   Admission form received from your doctor
• The authorization form from your health insurance/mutual health insurance company together with your Insured Card, letter of referral, etc.

Whether you are an inpatient, day case or outpatient, our Admission Department will handle your admission arrangements. Following your admission, a member of the staff will take you to your room or to the relevant unit or department where you will be met by a member of the nursing team.

The Admission Department is open from 8.00am to 2.00pm and 3.30pm to 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8.00am to 6.00pm on Friday. Please contact our Information Desk for out-of-hours admissions as well as for weekend and public holiday admissions.
